I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. Our dog passed away this morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes of us contacting them and had the whole place cleaned up within 2 hours. They were professional, excellent cleaners, and incredibly compassionate people. God forbid I ever need a service like this again, but should I they’ll be who I call.

The people that helped me are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Marc is an amazing person and I feel like he is genuinely a resource for anything going forward. While I hope no one has a reason to call them, if you do, choose Bio-One. They will be that small light at the end of a tunnel.

They could’ve not have made it any easier for our family. My mom was able to stay in her home after she lost her husband of 33 years. They are the best in this business. They took care of everything! I cannot express just how blessed I feel by having found Tim and his team. They are professional, efficient, and so compassionate. Having any situation where you need to call a biohazard specializing company is never fun. But Picking Bio One was definitely the correct move. Not only were they incredibly professional and efficient, they were also incredibly empathetic to the particular situation the family was going through. In particular the crew supervisor Marc. He made a massive effort to ensure all parties involved in the cleanup were all onboard with every aspect of the clean up and took the time to know everyone involved and make them feel at ease with the entire operation. I really enjoyed talking and working with him during the whole process and he definitely made everything so much easier and more personable. I wouldn't do anything in different in hindsight.
