Tim was very courteous and professional in all my discussions with him and the young woman he sent on-site to do the work was equally courteous and professional. Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home. I cannot say enough great things about Tim and his team. We had a difficult family situation come up. Bio-One was responsive, fast, efficient, and (most of all) compassionate. It was unreal to see what they achieved in just two days. They also went out of their way to help us accomplish many extra things that were not included in the original quote. And the price did not change at all from the original quote. I feel very fortunate to have found them to help us.
