I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. I contacted Bio-One and I am so thankful, greatful and blessed to have met this group. They are so understanding, caring bunch I would recommend them to anyone that needs help, and embarrassed or overwhelmed to ask for help. I am on awe of them.. thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

I cannot express just how blessed I feel by having found Tim and his team. They are professional, efficient, and so compassionate. Tim handled everything with empathy and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of financially. I'm so thankful for finding people who care about people and not just about money. I know my daughter is resting a little easier knowing that Tim and his team took care of her Mama. (This is an after photo.)

Had our dog pass away very early this morning, required a lot of cleanup inside, they came and took care of it no questions asked. Arrived 20 minutes after called, cleaned everything within 2 hours.

This is not a service I thought I would ever need but I’m so glad it exists. Tim was so kind and understanding and honestly such a bright spot in a really dark situation. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and efficiency with which the team works and I would recommend them to anyone with confidence. Thank you so much.

This company has so much empathy. We unfortunately experienced a tragic accident and Tim was quick to come the same day. He was very caring and understanding. Thank you so much for making this process a little easier on our lives. You’re truly a blessing. Thank you!!

My neighbor had passed away and left me her house and she was a hoarder of animals so the smell was the worst thing I had ever experienced in my life. I called Tim and Tim and his amazing team transformed the house and the smell. I am so grateful for all the hardwork that Tim and his team did I am comfortable with putting the house on the market. I will be recommending them to my future clients. Tim thank you for the wonderful job.

Tim and his staff took great care and pride in the job at hand. Throughout the entire process I felt as if he genuinely cared about my situation and the task at hand. He took great pride in the job he did. I would recommend he and his staff wholeheartedly for any cleaning needs.

It took us forever to find a company that didn't feel like it was just an exorbitant fee because we were stuck with my dad and his hoarding tendencies. It was nice to get a compassionate group of people who genuinely not only cared about the job, but wad able to settle my dad's nerves with what he was able to keep. They found keepsakes and even cash and turned it over to us, their compassion, reliability, and reasonable prices will mean we'll (my family) will continue to sing their good graces. Everyone else just felt like they were leveraging our desire to move forward with how to stuff their pockets. Thank you to Marc and their team for everything you helped us through!
