Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. If you have a mess, call them now, you need them. Thank you BioOne!!!

I cannot express just how blessed I feel by having found Tim and his team. They are professional, efficient, and so compassionate. Tim handled everything with empathy and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of financially. I'm so thankful for finding people who care about people and not just about money. I was blessed to have Bio One Columbus. With Muchcompassion and loving Patience they came into my home and lovingly renewed my home. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home. The whole atmosphere changed in a moist beautiful and revitalizing way. They know how to lovingly address every area in a way that allowed you add a customer to feel a part of the process, when needed, in a very respectful manner. Had our dog pass away very early this morning, required a lot of cleanup inside, they came and took care of it no questions asked. Arrived 20 minutes after called, cleaned everything within 2 hours.

The team was efficient and compassionate! After an enexpected and undiscovered passing of a man they came in and helped find items that his mother wanted, they found money and photos and returned them to her with care and concern. They removed all furniture and carpet and thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment and did an amazing job. Thank you for the work that you do, it takes a truly special person you are just that!
