Had our dog pass away very early this morning, required a lot of cleanup inside, they came and took care of it no questions asked. Arrived 20 minutes after called, cleaned everything within 2 hours.

Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. If you have a mess, call them now, you need them. Thank you BioOne!!!

Great cleaning company. Really take care of complex messes. Get rid of all the junk. Easy to work with and very fair. Highly recommend.

I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. I absolutely had an awesome experience working with Tim and his company. Seriously the nicest and most kind, professional people when dealing and going through an extremely difficult situation. Their kindness, compassion and knowledge really helped me through it and I highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful!

We were in dire need of clean up after my sister fell ill with c diff and my elderly mother and young niece were living in the home. I contacted Bio-One of Columbus and they fit us into their schedule immediately! They were very courteous, professional and thorough and answered any questions we had. They even followed up with us to make sure all was well. I hope that we would not need to use them again for anything. However, I would definitely contact them again and have referred them to family and friends.
