My neighbor had passed away and left me her house and she was a hoarder of animals so the smell was the worst thing I had ever experienced in my life. I called Tim and Tim and his amazing team transformed the house and the smell. I am so grateful for all the hardwork that Tim and his team did I am comfortable with putting the house on the market. Having any situation where you need to call a biohazard specializing company is never fun. But Picking Bio One was definitely the correct move. Not only were they incredibly professional and efficient, they were also incredibly empathetic to the particular situation the family was going through. In particular the crew supervisor Marc. He made a massive effort to ensure all parties involved in the cleanup were all onboard with every aspect of the clean up and took the time to know everyone involved and make them feel at ease with the entire operation. I really enjoyed talking and working with him during the whole process and he definitely made everything so much easier and more personable. I wouldn't do anything in different in hindsight.

We were in dire need of clean up after my sister fell ill with c diff and my elderly mother and young niece were living in the home. I contacted Bio-One of Columbus and they fit us into their schedule immediately! They were very courteous, professional and thorough and answered any questions we had. They even followed up with us to make sure all was well. I hope that we would not need to use them again for anything. However, I would definitely contact them again and have referred them to family and friends.

I cannot express just how blessed I feel by having found Tim and his team. They are professional, efficient, and so compassionate. Tim handled everything with empathy and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of financially. I'm so thankful for finding people who care about people and not just about money.
