I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. Having any situation where you need to call a biohazard specializing company is never fun. But Picking Bio One was definitely the correct move. Not only were they incredibly professional and efficient, they were also incredibly empathetic to the particular situation the family was going through. In particular the crew supervisor Marc. He made a massive effort to ensure all parties involved in the cleanup were all onboard with every aspect of the clean up and took the time to know everyone involved and make them feel at ease with the entire operation. I really enjoyed talking and working with him during the whole process and he definitely made everything so much easier and more personable. I wouldn't do anything in different in hindsight.

When our friend died and left us with closing her estate, we discovered she was a hoarder. Her two bedroom apartment was completely trashed. Tim and his team responded to our request to clean and sanitize the apartment quickly. They removed over 3.5 tons of trash from the apartment, cleaned all the appliances and surfaces in one day. The team worked fast, they were professional, very friendly and extremely polite. I can't believe they were able to do what they did in just one day. We highly recommend Bio-One for any type of clean-up. They are the best!

It took us forever to find a company that didn't feel like it was just an exorbitant fee because we were stuck with my dad and his hoarding tendencies. It was nice to get a compassionate group of people who genuinely not only cared about the job, but wad able to settle my dad's nerves with what he was able to keep. They found keepsakes and even cash and turned it over to us, their compassion, reliability, and reasonable prices will mean we'll (my family) will continue to sing their good graces.
