I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. Our dog passed away this morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes of us contacting them and had the whole place cleaned up within 2 hours. They were professional, excellent cleaners, and incredibly compassionate people. God forbid I ever need a service like this again, but should I they’ll be who I call.

My daughters car was stolen and after it was recovered by the Columbus police she went to the impound lot to see its condition. It is hard to describe what she saw: human feces, maggots, white powder, filth. Having no experience with this type of situation we reached out to Tim at BioOne after finding him on a Google search. He was wonderful. He assured us that he had experience in this type of situation. He spoke with the impound lot and was able to quickly provide an estimate for the cleaning of the vehicle which the insurance company accepted. He was responsive, reassuring, experienced, kind and calm. Can't possible say enough wonderful things about how much his calm in our storm was needed and valued. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The unexpected death of a family member left us with an apartment in horribly bad shape. Tim and his crew came in and in an amazingly short period of time emptied out all of the piles of trash, clothing and other items. They not only cleaned the apartment, they also separated out items of value (like social security cards, documents, photos) for us to bring home. Tim was super to work with as he dealt with things in a compassionate, friendly, and professional manner. I'd highly recommend Tim and his team.

We were in dire need of clean up after my sister fell ill with c diff and my elderly mother and young niece were living in the home. I contacted Bio-One of Columbus and they fit us into their schedule immediately! They were very courteous, professional and thorough and answered any questions we had. They even followed up with us to make sure all was well. I hope that we would not need to use them again for anything. However, I would definitely contact them again and have referred them to family and friends.

They could’ve not have made it any easier for our family. My mom was able to stay in her home after she lost her husband of 33 years. They are the best in this business. They took care of everything!
