Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. If you have a mess, call them now, you need them. Thank you BioOne!!!

They were all so understanding, professional, and kind in what can often be an embarrassing situation. I never felt pushed to get rid of things I didn't want to part with, and they really helped me clear out the chaos I was living in. I cannot thank them enough and am so incredibly grateful. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin, and I could NOT have done it without them. They went above and beyond, all without changing my fee. I could go on, just cannot say enough about how they helped me - physically and mentally - get back to a more peaceful life that I'd let get out of control. Tim, Frannie, Hannah, Mark, and James - THANK YOU!! While I hope to never see you guys again (ha!) I will never forget you and what you did for me.

I recently hired Bio-One to do a single room cleanup. Tim was very courteous and professional in all my discussions with him and the young woman he sent on-site to do the work was equally courteous and professional. She did an outstanding job, surpassing my expectations given the nature of the clean-up. I highly recommend giving Bio-One's team here in Columbus a chance if you need this kind of help.

I was blessed to have Bio One Columbus. With Muchcompassion and loving Patience they came into my home and lovingly renewed my home. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home. The whole atmosphere changed in a moist beautiful and revitalizing way. They know how to lovingly address every area in a way that allowed you add a customer to feel a part of the process, when needed, in a very respectful manner. I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess.
