Having any situation where you need to call a biohazard specializing company is never fun. But Picking Bio One was definitely the correct move. Not only were they incredibly professional and efficient, they were also incredibly empathetic to the particular situation the family was going through. In particular the crew supervisor Marc. He made a massive effort to ensure all parties involved in the cleanup were all onboard with every aspect of the clean up and took the time to know everyone involved and make them feel at ease with the entire operation. I really enjoyed talking and working with him during the whole process and he definitely made everything so much easier and more personable. I wouldn't do anything in different in hindsight.

They even followed up with us to make sure all was well. I hope that we would not need to use them again for anything. However, I would definitely contact them again and have referred them to family and friends.
