The team was efficient and compassionate! After an enexpected and undiscovered passing of a man they came in and helped find items that his mother wanted, they found money and photos and returned them to her with care and concern.     When our friend died and left us with closing her estate, we discovered she was a hoarder. Her two bedroom apartment was completely trashed. Tim and his team responded to our request to clean and sanitize the apartment quickly. They removed over 3.5 tons of trash from the apartment, cleaned all the appliances and surfaces in one day. The team worked fast, they were professional, very friendly and extremely polite. I can't believe they were able to do what they did in just one day.     Bio-One Columbus helped me with a cat urine situation in my home; there were several places where the urine odor was overwhelming. I was already getting new flooring in so contacted them to help. They chemical treated and sealed the subfloor after taking out the soiled carpeting. Rapid response, efficient service and thoughtful follow-up. I highly recommend them.

    My daughters car was stolen and after it was recovered by the Columbus police she went to the impound lot to see its condition. It is hard to describe what she saw: human feces, maggots, white powder, filth. Having no experience with this type of situation we reached out to Tim at BioOne after finding him on a Google search. He was wonderful. He assured us that he had experience in this type of situation. He spoke with the impound lot and was able to quickly provide an estimate for the cleaning of the vehicle which the insurance company accepted. He was responsive, reassuring, experienced, kind and calm. Can't possible say enough wonderful things about how much his calm in our storm was needed and valued. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
